The CAFEA Group is an internationally active, family-run network of specialized manufacturing and distribution companies. We develop, produce, and distribute high-quality product solutions for retail companies, brand owners, and industry partners: ranging from instant and roasted coffee to liquid coffee extracts and instant beverages based on coffee, cocoa, grains, or milk, all the way to infant formula and dietary beverages and nutritional supplements. In doing so, we combine many years of experience, diverse technologies, and in-depth market knowledge with reliable quality and the expertise of the appropriate specialist within our group.

The CAFEA Group delivers great flavour in all its forms. As well as instant coffee, our production plants produce liquid coffees, roast coffee, milky coffee drinks in capsules for the most common systems, and other hot drinks such as drinking chocolate and grain coffee. Infant formula and nutrition drinks and supplements complete our range.

In 1896, Johann Dietrich Rothfos, owner of the ‘Im Grünen Tal’ garden café and general store in St. Magnus, near Bremen, started selling his green coffee beans for customers to roast at home themselves in a pan.
Our products are produced in seven of our own plants. Each plant uses state-of-the-art facilities and processes. When it comes down to it, quality is our top priority. We monitor this in every single step of the production process.
